Whole-Chair Load Tested to 150 kg

Most suppliers quote a seat-load figure. We test the complete chair — frame, joints and legs — under 150 kg static load.

Static load test with the load applied to the seat and back assembly of the complete chair. Test applies to current chair models; confirm per model in the quotation.

Custom Sizes and Fabrics at No Extra Cost

Non-standard dimensions and upholstery are quoted at the same price as standard. No upcharge and no tooling fee for size or fabric changes.

Sampling in 15 Days, No Sampling Fee

Drawings come back in 1–3 days. Physical samples are ready in 15 days. We do not charge a sampling fee.

One round of revision included. Courier cost of the sample is on the buyer's account.

REACH-Tested Materials, Reports on Request

Solid ash timber tested under REACH Annex XVII restricted substances (Report No. COBO25090114). PU leather tested for REACH-SVHC heavy metals by ICP-OES to IEC 62321-5 (Report No. ZTS26070714JCC).

What actually happens after you send your floor plan, and how long each step takes.

STEP 01

Drawings Reviewed

1–3 days

You send a floor plan, a sketch, a CAD file or reference photos. We come back with a dimensioned drawing and a written quotation.

STEP 02

Sample Made

15 days · no sampling fee

A physical sample of the chair or table, in your fabric and finish. One round of revision included.

STEP 03

Production

15–30 days

Bulk production against the approved drawing and approved sample. Lead time confirmed in writing on the order.

STEP 04

Pre-Shipment Inspection

2 days

Checked against the approved drawing: dimensions, material, finish, hardware, assembly fit.

STEP 05

Shipment

On approval

Export packing, loading and documents. FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou; CIF and DDP on request.
